Property and Evidence Storage Facility

The Property and Evidence Storage Facility project is the master plan and re-design of an existing 170,000 square foot, 10.47 acre facility for the San Antonio Police Department.  The master plan is based on three phases of construction, built as funding became available to the City of San Antonio, distributed over three years.  The facility includes an existing two-story office addition, renovated for various divisions within the Police Department, the renovation of a one story office addition for special and tactical divisions, and a warehouse to store cash, narcotics, evidence, firearms, and confiscated property.  Close attention was paid to security access and site development.
