An extremely limited site area for this new 15,000 square foot Fire and EMS station required a two-story solution. Designed by Dockery Architecture, this advanced technology fire station overcomes the challenges posed by its compact footprint with innovative site solutions resulting in the transformation of the site into an elevated public plaza offering captivating street views. Prioritizing functional excellence alongside aesthetic and environmental responsibility, this project fortifies public safety capabilities while cultivating local pride and ownership, ensuring a lasting legacy of safety, sustainability, and engagement.
